Dummi integrates with HelpCrunch to make receiving bug reports from inside your existing support channel easy.
Setting up Dummi in HelpCrunch
HelpCrunch is working on providing more powerful integration support in the future, which should make the process of using Dummi with HelpCrunch easier.
Triggering the Dummi popup for your customers is simple. You will use an automation to send a specific phrase or image that we provide, and Dummi will recognise and open the Dummi messenger.
You will need to choose a template/flow you have in HelpCrunch. For example using HelpCrunch’s template for ‘Collect details about issues upfront’ can be simply modified
Update the block that comes off from the ‘Report a bug’ option
Change it to send a message to the customer
In the content of the message either provide the Dummi image or the Dummi text message.
Send either of the following using an automation to trigger Dummi in a workflow
"Please follow the instructions to submit a report of your issue" (do not include the quotation marks)
